Lively
Challenge: DTC hearing aid brand, Lively, wanted to create a help app to minimize unnecessary calls to their care team. The app needed to be concise to reduce cognitive load and frustration, while also providing detailed instructions on how to solve common issues faced by their customers.
Solution: I edited the wireframe copy provided by the product manager, tightening copy, and minimizing steps while including all essential information. I also ensured all copy started with an action to engage the user to troubleshoot. This helped make the app easy for customers to skim through to get the answers they needed quickly and effectively.
